I'm writing this as a letter of appreciation for not only enhancing my knowledge of concrete and the art of stamping,but for being available each and every time I have called with questions...

It is such a pleasure to deal with a company ... whose first and foremost priority is to serve and continue to serve  long after payment has been received, be it for your class or  merchandise.

Two years ago when I attended your Deminar, I was already stamping for about ten years. Because I was never instructed or trained by someone who took pride in their work, I continued to struggle with  certain aspects of the process of stamping. Finances, pride, ego and all the other things that go along with the reasons why men  don't get help when they need it (especially masons) kept me from doing the best possible job I could do for my customers. Oh, I thought  I was giving my all, but certain flaws would surface now and then that would create problems with the finished product.

Now Doug, don't get a big head, but the stamping industry has been blessed with your presence not only as a craftsman in this trade,  but also as a dependable teacher and mentor to those who want to pursue this field of work in the concrete industry.

I personally own stamps from several different companies because of opportunities I had to purchase them when I first got into this  field. Each salesman would insist on the superiority of his product and at the same time verbally downgrade or cut-up the quality of  the competition's product. Stampcrete, Increte, Bomanite, Pattern  Concrete, Goldblait, each of them claiming that only a fool would  purchase any other product but theirs. Nothing could be further  from the truth. This fool purchased two set of tools after attending your Deminar and by far, the quality and performance of the stamps, as well as the appearance, far exceeds any of the competition's  by 1,000%.
